15 minutes of cupping to relax tight muscles before having needles (maximum of 6) inserted into tension neck, shoulders or lower back.

90 minutes

Health intake evaluation, orthopedic testing & treatment plan.

Includes cupping plus both front & back acupuncture.

60 minutes

Health intake evaluation, orthopedic testing & treatment plan

Acupuncture is done on just one side of the body. Cupping is not included

60 – 75 minutes

Follow up acupuncture session

Cupping uses suction to boost blood flow and overall circulation.

It breaks up adhesions and tight muscles to relief pain temporarily.
